At Yellow Publications, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, our returns policy is here to help.

Changed your mind?

You’re welcome to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or ordered incorrectly:

• • You are responsible for the return postage
  • Refunds will be issued for the item only (original delivery charges are non-refundable)
  • Refunds are made to your original payment method
    

Item damaged or lost?

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method or, if you prefer, explore a suitable replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description (or photo, if applicable) of the issue. In the rare event that your item is lost in the post, we’ll happily send a replacement free of charge.

How to return an item

To arrange a return, just email us at sales@yellowpublications.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you quickly with the next steps.

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return.
